ニューヨーク、大阪を拠点に映画音楽などの分野でインターナショナルに活動する作曲家Shinya Sugimotoがプリペアド・トランペット奏者Trever Hagenと共に作ったアルバム"Into the Mystic"のリリースを記念して、ライブおよびリリースパーティーを開催します。多彩なゲストを迎え、盛りたくさんの内容でお送りします。ご来場いただいた方にはCDを無料配布いたします。Trever Hagenはリスボンから生中継で共演する予定です。

Into the Mystic, a full-length album Shinya Sugimoto recorded with Trever Hagen in 2013 will be exclusively uncovered prior to worldwide digital release. Sugimoto will perform live with wonderful lineup of guest musicians/performers. Trever and Shinya will play together in real time via internet. All participants will get a free copy of the album.

Shinya Sugimoto

Shinya Sugimoto (1979) is a New York/Osaka-based Japanese composer and recording engineer. Sugimoto fuses various acoustic materials such as choir, orchestra, nature sound, electronic sound and improvisational piano phrases into a polyphonic structure of obscure stratum, creates beautifully catastrophic soundscapes. His compositions and live performances have been featured worldwide in various concerts, art exhibitions, films and recording projects. His collaborators include fashion designer Asher Levine, film director Patrik-Ian Polk and multi-award-winning filmmaker Anocha Suwichakornpong.

Trever Hagen

Trever Hagen plays with and on the trumpet. I improvise events through metal and breath, solo and group by preparing the trumpet. My background is jazz, laptop electronica, noise, classical, free music--where ever a trumpet can fit. I live in Lisbon via Osaka, Budapest, Prague, Edinburgh. I am originally from Wisconsin.
